Located on the first floor, The Social Hub Apartment combines comfortable group accommodation with welcoming shared spaces designed for relaxing, studying, and socializing. Guests enjoy access to a living room with couches, a tea station, a refrigerator, and dedicated work areas, creating a versatile environment suitable for student groups, organized travelers, and longer stays.
🛏 10-Bed Dorm
The spacious 10-bed dormitory is designed for comfortable group accommodation and features large personal lockers for secure storage. Each bed is equipped with its own power outlet, allowing guests to conveniently charge phones, laptops, and other devices. The room provides plenty of space for guests to settle in comfortably while staying connected to the rest of the group.
6-Bed Dorm
The 6-bed dormitory offers a smaller shared room option ideal for teachers, group leaders, or guests who prefer a quieter sleeping environment. Like the larger dormitory, each bed includes a power outlet and access to personal lockers, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout the stay.
Living Room Area
The living room serves as the social heart of the apartment. Comfortable couches create a welcoming space where guests can relax, chat, plan activities, or unwind after exploring the city. A refrigerator and tea station provide added convenience, making the space feel comfortable and inviting for groups staying together.
Guests have access to two dedicated work desks that provide a quiet space for studying, remote work, trip planning, or catching up on emails. This additional workspace is especially appreciated by student groups, teachers, and digital travelers.
Bathrooms
The apartment includes two separate bathrooms designed to comfortably serve larger groups. One bathroom, located in the entrance hallway, contains a toilet and sink for quick and convenient access. The second, larger bathroom includes two separate showers, sinks, and an additional toilet, helping reduce waiting times and making daily routines easier for groups.

Located on a pedestrian street in the historic center of Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania Hostel offers easy walking access to restaurants, cafés, nightlife, and the city’s main attractions. Traditional indoor staircase connecting the apartments and shared spaces, adding character and easy access throughout the building.

A relaxed outdoor space where guests can gather, enjoy fresh air, and spend time together in a quieter atmosphere after exploring the city.
Flexible Self Check-in
Guests receive personalized keypad access codes before arrival, allowing independent check-in without reception hours. Separate access codes can also be organized for different room groups or leaders.

FAQ
Can we book the whole hostel?
Yes. You can book 1, 2, 3, or all 4 apartments depending on your group size and availability. The total number of guests we can accommodate is 52. Groups always stay together.
All apartments are located in the same building, making it easy for your group to stay connected during the trip.
Will other guests share the common areas or bathrooms in the apartment booked for my group?
No. Only your group will have access to the apartments you book, including the bathrooms and indoor common areas. The only shared space with other guests is the garden/courtyard area.
How does keypad access work?
Your group will receive personalized access codes for the building and the apartments you booked.
We can configure separate codes for each apartment or dorm, as well as a master code for the group leader if needed.
This system allows flexible and secure self check-in for your group.
Is late check-in possible?
Yes. In case of late arrival, we can send you the access codes and detailed check-in instructions by email or WhatsApp before your arrival. Because the building and apartments use keypad access, your group can enter at any time.
We will meet with you the following day at an agreed time to complete the full check-in process if necessary.

All payments are completed online before your group’s arrival.

For smaller cars, long-term parking is available in public parking areas such as:
- Piața Cipariu
- Andrei Mureșanu neighborhood
(for example: Strada Brașov or Strada Andrei Mureșanu)
Free parking can still be found in some nearby areas.
Short-term parking (up to 2 hours) is also available on:
- Strada Eroilor
- Strada Baba Novac
- Around Avram Iancu Square
